This workshop will provide an interactive discussion of the role of faculty as facilitators of learning through the lens of diversity and inclusion. The session will also provide an interactive discussion forum on classroom management techniques, including strategies for approaching the course, dealing with uncomfortable topics and moments, expecting the unexpected, and incorporating institutional realities related to faculty and student dynamics.
