This year's Family Weekend will occur September 15th - September 16th. In order to make this program successful, we need your help! Event Assistants are needed to serve in various capacities including working the check-in table, assisting with the welcome dinner, and helping out at the tailgate. All event assistants will receive a Family Weekend t-shirt to wear throughout their shift. Please sign up if you are interested in assisting with our program.
Assistance is needed to welcome families, general clean up and resetting of tables, general directions and questions and set-up and clean-up.
A Training Session will be held on Thursday, September 14th, 1-3pm in LBJSC 3-10.1
