Quality Matters is a leader in quality assurance for online education and has received national recognition for its peer-based approach to continuous improvement in online education and student learning. Texas State instructors who teach online or hybrid courses are required to complete a professional development program, and approved Quality Matters workshops are accepted for this requirement.
Training will occur in JCK 623 on Thursday, January 14, 2016 and Friday, January 15, 2016. Seating for each session is limited to 20 participants, and cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations that result in unfilled seats will incur a $250 fee, to be charged to the instructor's academic unit.

Thursday, January 14, 2016, Afternoon Workshop, 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Improving Your Online Course
Friday, January 15, 2016, Morning Workshop, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Designing Your Online Course
